Heather Rand has been working at Hand in Hand since 2017. She was born and raised in northwestern PA, and attended University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory Of Music for five years. Heather has choose to work at Hand in Hand and in her position to become a positive influence and encourage others to improve their wellness.  Heather enjoys working behind the scenes to help the direct care staff and help the agency run smoothly.  Heather is the “glue” that holds us all together.  She is a proud mother of three children and enjoys cross stitching. She also enjoys music and is very involved in the music program at her local church.
